Downloading Instructions

• Download the appropriate .ZIP file by clicking on the hyperlink, and save to a folder on your hard drive. The average bible .ZIP file is approximately 1.6 MB and will unzip to approximately 5-8 MB. It may take 10 to 25 minutes to download, depending on your modem speed.
  
  
• After downloading, use WinZip or another compatible utility to unzip the files. You may get a free evaluation copy of WinZip by going to the WinZip Homepage at http://www.winzip.com.
  
  
• Each of the zip files have a shortcut included to start each of the downloads. You may use drag this shortcut to your 'desktop' or you may use the following method. Using Windows Explorer or File Manager, locate any of the HTML files. Double click on any of the files, which should activate your default Web Browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer). Or, you can use your Web Browser to open the file on your Hard Drive. Click on "open File", and browse for the directory on your hard drive. All of the files are hyperlinked together for navigation, so opening any file will access the Bible. The "index.htm" file is the best file to begin with, since it is the index for all other files.
  
  
• You may modify these Bibles. Bible students can add notes, hyperlinks between verses, and anything else that would aid in the study of God's word.
  
  
• These Bibles can be put on a web server and viewed over the Internet, but you can use it best on your own hard drive. If you should want to modify any part of the "freeware" public domain Bible, you are not authorized to distribute it to any other person, unless you remove all references to Greg Wolf.
